At first I must have put them on too loose and they were spinning, which makes pull ups harder. So I tightened them and now we are good to go. I really like these. Thin and grippy without ripping your hands up.

I'm working on getting my first pull-up and these wraps have helped immensely. My bar is smooth so I rubbed the inside of the wraps on cement to rough them up, as the instructions directed, and the wraps do not slip. My hands feel tight on the leather. I tried a few other things to cover the smooth bar but these wraps have been the best. I bought two sets to cover the entire bar. They work very well.

I prefer compared to hand grips etc. That said i do simple pull ups and no fancy crossfit moves. Also, this does rotate a little on a smooth bar but it doesnt bother me much.
